Foundations Class (ages 5-8): The Foundations class is designed to keep younger students engaged and having FUN while teaching them the fundamentals of movement.
Junior Varsity (ages 9-13): The Junior Varsity program builds on the principles of the Foundations class while challenging older students to dive deeper into CrossFit movements.
Varsity Sport (ages 14-17): The Varsity Sport Program is designed for students desiring to further their athletic progression in competing in CrossFit or other sport. This class mixes strength training, olympic movement training, gymnastics and metabolic conditioning to be applied toward a CrossFit competition or upcoming sport season.
Homeschool PE: The Pipeline Homeschool Program is designed to help families develop healthy exercise habits while also meeting any physical education requirements in their curriculum.
Our facility is set up to accommodate different students’ ages with stations including: cardio intervals, core work, obstacle courses, play area, coach-led fitness and CrossFit instruction. We have areas where young children can participate in active creative play, where older students can learn the fundamentals of weight training, exercise routines and gym etiquette, and where interested parents or adults can also participate.
