Student & Emerging Artist Competition

City of Ocala Cultural Arts presents the 2025 Student and Emerging Artist Competition Reception and Award Ceremony, celebrating the artworks of Marion County high school students and emerging artists, at Ocala City Hall.

The awards ceremony begins at 6:00 p.m., featuring live music by Cheyllo and refreshments. A jury will award winners in the divisions of High School Students, 1 to 3 Years of Active Experience, and 4 to 6 Years of Active Experience, as well as Best of Show.

“Techne” will be on view from Wednesday, December 3, 2025, through Monday, March 9, 2026, Monday–Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. All artworks will be available for purchase unless otherwise noted.
