The City of Ocala will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the newly completed Heritage Trail. The trail is situated along the north side of State Road 40, between NW Ninth Ave. and NW 11th Ave. The park boasts a decorative sidewalk, public art, and lush landscaping. Key highlights include a series of art panels by Charles Eady and plaques displaying historic images that honor prominent West Ocala citizens who have made significant contributions to the community.
