Back to School Services at Department of Health

The Florida Department of Health in Marion County (DOH-Marion) is staying open until 2pm to help with back to school services. Please bring a government-issued photo ID and all immunizations and travel records. A parent, guardian, or individual who has power of attorney for medical consent must accompany anyone under age 18.

No appointments are needed. Walk-ins welcome.
