Let the little ones get exercise on the playground. Be sure to pack a picnic to extend your day. Most parks have fields and/or courts that you can use, so pack a soccer ball, kickball, basketball, etc. to start a pick-up game. Many parks also have nature trails for a short and easy family hike.
