Please fill out this Registration Form to reserve for school supplies. If this form is not filled out, then no supplies will be reserved for your student!
Fill out a form for EACH STUDENT!
Assortment of supplies will be given out--We will not be completing your student's school supply list. Parents will still need to get items!
Pick Up is on Saturday July 26th at First Baptist Church of Weirsdale at the Back to School Bash Event. STUDENTS MUST BE PRESENT! WE WILL NOT SAVE BACKPACKS/SUPPLIES. MUST PICK UP on SATURDAY July 26th!
FREE for all families and children to attend, even if they are not coming for school supplies.
Parking is across the street--follow the signs!
FREE BBQ Lunch
FREE Haircuts (based on availability---arrive early!)
FREE CLOTHING--Students/Parents can visit our NEW Clothing Closet! (**Each student can choose 2 outfits and a pair of shoes)

Bikers Against Bullies will be present.
