The development of a competitive swim program and sports club that is all-inclusive for the benefit of the individual and community, at any skill level, from recreational and developmental, to competitive and national levels of practice and training." Swimming is a family sport for life and a lifetime sport for the family.

TMSC offers 4 Groups of swimming: Recreational, Developmental,Competitive, and Masters. From beginner to National level—lessons and training, development, and technique are the foundation of TekMasters.
