FCB strives to provide classes to enhance the positivity and independence of each client. At FCB we try to go above and beyond the "normal" classes, and look at the individual as a whole. Classes are focused around healthy living and confidence building. Some of these classes include diabetes management, chair yoga, self-defense, art therapy and food safety.
FCB also tries to provide fun community integration opportunities to allow clients to build their self-advocacy skills and self-esteem.
