Saltwater Kids' Fishing Clinics

Kids' Saltwater Fishing Clinics aim to create responsible marine resource stewards by teaching youth the vulnerability of Florida's marine ecosystems. In addition, clinics teach fundamental saltwater fishing skills and provide youth with a positive fishing experience.

Youth learn through five saltwater fishing skill stations:

- Knot Tying
- Fishing Tackle
- Good Angler
- Habitat
- Casting

After approximately one hour of instruction, youth receive a free rod and reel (compliments of local sponsors while supplies last) and most clinics provide the opportunity to fish.
