Friends of Marion County Black History Museum, Inc.
The Black History Museum of Marion County, located at the Howard Academy Community Center in west Ocala, is a cultural institution dedicated to preserving and celebrating the history, achievements, and heritage of Black and African American communities in Marion County
The museum offers guided tours, rotating exhibits, and educational events celebrating local Black heritage and civil rights history.
Free and open to the public.
