Crime Prevention from Ocala Police Department

We are committed to equipping citizens with the tools necessary to create safe and more caring communities, by addressing the causes of crime and violence and reducing the opportunities for crime to occur. All of the programs are presented FREE of charge to public and private groups, and are tailored to the specific audience, schedule permitting. Crime Prevention Officers, including citizen volunteers, present programs upon request and attend special events held in Marion County and the City of Ocala.
