Pediatric Health: Heart of Florida Health Center provides compassionate quality care to infants, children and adolescents in Marion county. Our staff is specifically trained to provide kid-friendly comprehensive pediatric care, including: School and Sports physicals, Vaccinations / Immunizations, Childhood infections, Minor accidents and injuries, Chronic illnesses: allergies, asthma, diabetes, sickle cell anemia, Attention Deficit Disorder, Nutrition counseling, Vision and Hearing screenings, Parental education, and 24-hour on-call coverage.

Pediatric Dentistry: At Heart of Florida Health Center, our goal is to provide quality, patient-centered, professional oral health care to the culturally and economically diverse people of Marion county. Our Pediatric Services Include: X-rays, Dental exams, Dental cleanings, Counseling (oral hygiene, dietary, and tobacco), Sealants, Fluoride treatments, Fillings, Pulpotomy and stainless steel crowns, Tooth extractions, and Space maintainers.

Behavior Health: A Behavioral Health Counselor is part of your primary care team. Behavioral Health Counselors are Clinical Social Workers with master’s degrees. They partner with you and your rimary care Provider to help you deal with stress, depression, anxiety, family conflicts, grief and loss, substance abuse, chronic pain, school problems, and traumatic stress disorders.
