Kids Yoga provides a fun and engaging experience for children 3 to 12. In Kids Yoga, we use traditional yoga poses along with the help of books, props, crafts, and games. Kids Yoga will engage your child's imagination while enhancing fine and gross motor skills, balance, and core strength.
