DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:The weekly playgroup is free for children from birth to age 5 and their par
 ent or caregiver. Trained facilitators lead families in play-based learning
 , including singing, storytelling and hands‑on activities that build social
 , emotional and cognitive development. Caregivers receive guidance on how p
 lay supports early brain development and school readiness. Free development
 al and behavioral screenings are also available during the expanded playgro
 up hours. Snacks are provided through community support, and the Coalition 
 welcomes local partners interested in helping sustain this free program. No
