 r that takes place in the beautiful master-planned community of Calesa Town
 ship. We are excited about this special partnership which will begin at Ina
  A. Colen Academy. For the past 14 years, runners and walkers, who register
  for this race, joined the fight against child abuse and brought awareness 
 to Child Abuse Prevention Month.<br /><br />This fundraising event is focus
 ed on raising critical funds to support the programs and services for child
 ren in Marion County suffering from the trauma of abuse and neglect. Each y
 ear Kimberly's Center serves approximately 1,300 children and demand contin
 ues to grow.<br /><br />Kimberly’s Center is Marion County’s compassionate 
 response to the trauma of child abuse in a safe and child-friendly environm
 ent. Through specialized services the smallest victims receive quality and 
 timely care, sharing their stories and beginning their path to a safe and h
 ealthy future.
