DOH-Marion Back to School Bash at Ed Croskey Recreation

Many services provided at NO COST to Marion County students in grades K–12.
Services Offered: School and sports physicals, heart screenings (ECGs), bike helmet fittings and giveaways, back to school health and wellness, and more!
Other services: School readiness checks and services provided by the Florida Department of Health in Marion County and physicals offered by the Estella Byrd Whitman Community Health Center in partnership with AdventHealth Ocala Family Residency Program. Please bring identification and your student’s health and medical records.
ECG: Starting in the 2026-2027 school year, Florida mandates heart screenings for athletes in grades 9-12 before sports participation. Who We Play For provides ECGs for $20 and financial assistance is available to families that qualify. ECGs are by appointment only!
