Now, as part of the AdventHealth family, AdventHealth Ocala, formerly Florida Hospital Ocala, is well prepared continue our focus on whole-person care for future generations.

Community Outreach and Education Efforts
Extending the healing ministry of Christ means reaching out to offer help and support to all the residents of our community. We do it through programs such as Healthy Home and Mom 365. For our youngest community members, we offer Pediatric Orientation to all first grade classes in Marion County. This partnership with teachers educates children about medical care, stranger danger, bike safety and using 911. We also have strong partnerships with other health care providers, as well as volunteer opportunities across the community.

Offers interactive and informative monthly support group experiences from peers, emotional support, recipe and clothing exchange and post surgery life. Meets every 3rd Wednesday of the month from 6-8 pm in Auxiliary Conference Center.
