Looking for a charming venue for your wedding, baby shower, other special occasion? The Historic Town of McIntosh has just what you are looking for. The Van-Ness Park Community Center is a beautiful, affordable event space under the mossy grand oaks.
Pricing
Rental pricing for the venue is per day. The venue is available for up to 12 hours Fridays-Sundays & 6 Hours Mondays-Thursdays.
- Town Residents (proof required)
- $100 Refundable Deposit (secures date)
- $100/day Fri.-Sun. rental fee (due in full one week before the event)
- $50/day Mon.-Thurs. rental fee (due in full one week before the event)
- Non-Residents
- $100 Refundable Deposit (secures date)
- $300/day Fri.-Sun. rental fee (due in full one week before the event)
- $150/day Mon.-Thurs. rental fee (due in full one week before the event)
- Event Insurance
- Insurance is not required unless alcohol or other pre-authorized activities (ie: bounce house, slides) are present.
- Insurance pricing is not determined by the Town but determined on a case-by-case basis. Please see the details that are attached to the rental application.
