FTA Summer Camp

Come join us for Sparklette Summer Camp! Every week is a different theme! FTA accepts girls ages 3 - 12 (girls must be potty trained). Girls must be 4 by September 1st, 2024

Themed weekly activities include:  Outdoor play, Sprinkler fun, Art class with a certified art teacher (once a week), Experiments, Dance class, Baton class (3 times a week), Gymnastics class (once a week), Kona Ice (once a week), Movies, Snacks and more! 
Each week of camp is themed and all activities will coordinate with that theme

Camp Location: Sparklette Studio- 4095 SE 45th CT, Unit 1, Ocala,Fl, 34480

Please note: The office and studio will be closed the week of May 6th-10th and we will have no summer camp July 1st-7th, 2024.

Pricing (Non-refundable/Non-transferable once paid):
All prices listed below DO NOT include pizza on Fridays. You will need to send your child(ren) with money on Fridays if you want them to participate (details outlined further down).
A $40 registration fee (per child) is due upon registering to reserve the spot.

 - FULL DAY CAMPER (7AM-6PM) $165 each week, per girl
 - HALF DAY CAMPER (8:30AM-1pm) $80 each week, per girl (No drop-in rate for half day camper)
If your child will not be attending a full week of camp please specify below. You will be charged a per day rate of $40 per day.

What to Bring (All items listed below except lunch boxes will stay at the studio until Friday):
If your child is missing any of the items listed below, you will be notified. Once notified, you will need to bring in the missing item(s) immediately or your child will need to go home for the day with no refund given for that day.
 - Water bottle labeled with name
 - BIG Packed Lunch (they will be extra hungry)
 - LOTS of Snacks (at-least 4 per day extra from lunch box)
 - Bathing suit
 - Sun shirt/Rash guard/Cover up/Extra shirt to get wet
 - SUNSCREEN
 - Towel
 - Water Shoes/Sandals/Crocs (NO FLIP FLOPS/ SLIDES WILL BE PERMITTED)
 - Baton (if you have your own)

No blankets, pillows, stuffed animals, toys, etc from home will be permitted! 

What to Wear Every Day (your child must have all the items listed above upon arrival):
 - Comfy tank top/t-shirt
 - Shorts
 - Tennis shoes
 - HAIR UP

Daily FTA summer camp schedule: 

7-8:30am Free play upon arrival/breakfast

8:30-9am Clean up get ready for the day

9-9:15 stretch

9:15-9:30 bathroom and water refill

9:30-10am- Big group outside games

10-10:30- water/ morning snack/ bathroom

10:30-11:30 Center rotation

11:30-12 lunch

12-1- Indoor chill time

1-2 change into swim suits

2-3 water time

3-3:30 snack time

3:30-4:30 change out of swimsuits

4:30-6pm- movie and dismissal


 Centers Schedule

Monday: Baton:  follow- along with instructor

Tuesday: Make your own snack/ Art with nana(certified art teacher) in the afternoon

Wednesday: Learn a new baton trick /Kona Ice afternoon- Kiddie Kona for every camper provided

Thursday: Gymnastics- AM/ Art with nana(certified art teacher) in the afternoon

Friday: Baton games and buddy routines/ Fun lunch


Parents will not be permitted into the building after the first day of camp drop off. This is for the safety of the campers and staff. Doors will be locked at 9am sharp. Drop off and pick up daily will be done as a car line system in the cul-de-sac in front of our studio. Staff will be outside to greet you and your child. Staff will be outside at pickup and will escort your child to your car upon your arrival. 

Every Friday is Fun Lunch Day! As identified above, Fun lunch is not included in the pricing for the camp. If you want your child(ren) to participate in Friday Fun lunch, please send $5 (per child) to camp on Fridays. If you do NOT want your child(ren) to participate in Friday Fun Lunch, please send your child(ren) with lunch as usual. You will still need to provide snacks/drinks for the day. We will release the menu for Fun lunch on Monday of each week. Each week will be a different option such as: Pizza, 6 nuggets, pancakes, or other fun options! 

Invoices will be sent manually after registration is received by the FTA staff. A $40 deposit (per child) is due upon registering to reserve the spot. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE/TRANSFERABLE.

I agree to not hold Florida Twirling Academy responsible for any delay or loss of funds due to incorrect or incomplete information supplied by me, by my financial institution, or due to an error on my part or my financial institution in withdrawing funds from my account. This agreement will remain in effect until Florida Twirling Academy receives a written notice of cancellation from me emailed to: sparklettes@floridatwirlingacademy.com, or until I submit a new direct withdrawal form. Cards will be processed on the Friday before each week of camp that my child attends. If the card provided is declined, a $20 fee will be charged to your account.
