Get Fit With Brit will be offering free fit camp classes along with nutritional information! These classes will help our mission of making our community a healthier, happier place! Fit camps include group workouts with calisthenics, modified to fit all age groups and fitness types. Workouts can include but are not limited to: cardio such as running, jogging, jumping jacks, pushups, shoulder taps, squats, lunges and ‘movin’ and ‘groovin’! Join us for an amazing workout and you can even set up an appointment to get a free overall wellness evaluation.
